FlowBooks provides accounting software designed to help businesses track transactions and generate financial reports.

2) Accounts

• You are responsible for activity under your account and maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3) Licenses and pricing

FlowBooks is offered under a license model. Your purchase grants you the right to use the software subject to these Terms. Any pricing, license term, and purchase options are described on our website and checkout flow.

You retain ownership of the data you input into FlowBooks (“Customer Data”). You grant FlowBooks permission to process Customer Data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Services and to comply with law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWBOOKS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

8) Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users. Certain provisions (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive termination.

9) Changes

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
